Internal sliding type: The thermal insulation structure is composed of working steel pipe, aluminum silicate, drag reduction layer, microporous calcium silicate, thermal insulation layer, stainless steel fastening steel strip, aluminum foil reflective layer, polyurethane thermal insulation layer, outer steel pipe, and outer anti-corrosion layer. The inner sliding type thermal insulation steel pipe is composed of a steel pipe for conveying medium + composite silicate or microporous calcium silicate + rigid polyurethane foam + outer steel pipe + glass fiber reinforced plastic shell anti-corrosion protection layer structure. The heat preservation technology of various pipe fitting nodes is mature and the quality is reliable.

External sliding type: the heat preservation structure is composed of working steel pipe, glass wool heat preservation and heat insulation layer, aluminum foil reflection layer, stainless steel fastening steel belt, sliding guide bracket, air heat preservation layer, outer protection steel pipe, and outer anticorrosion layer. 

Application

Insulation pipelines are widely used in liquid and gas transportation pipeline networks, chemical pipeline insulation engineering, petroleum, chemical, central heating networks, central air conditioning ventilation pipelines, municipal engineering, etc. The insulation pipe is suitable for conveying various media in the range of -50℃—150℃. It is widely used in the transportation of central heating, cooling and hot oil, and the insulation and cold preservation projects in the warm room, cold storage, coal mine, petroleum, chemical industry and other industries.
